Refund policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via digital download. If you experience any difficulty with a download, please contact us and your unique download link will be renewed.

Template support
Support is provided for those who purchase Kinetic via the support forum. This provides the most efficient way for everyone to benefit from the questions/answers for any given issue. Support will include common issues but not necessarily in-depth assistance with personal customization of the template. Access to the premium kinetic support forum will be granted as soon as reasonably possible following purchase.
